About: Our suppliers


Joe Simpson rears, slaughters and butchers all of our beef, in Cockfield nr Bishop Auckland and our turkey comes from Judith Dryden at Murton Moor Farm. Our venison comes from Ian Alexander at Raby Estates in the shadow of the famous Raby Castle whilst our English Rose veal comes from John Archer and his wife at Archer's Dairy in Walworth near Darlington and they also supply our ice cream! Julia Cammis from Hutton Henry supplies our Durham Cow Blue Cheese, our bread is baked by Steven at Mistletoe bakery in Newcastle and we get all of our game from the Brancepeth Estate. If you know of any suppliers that should be on our menu, then let our staff know, we're always on the lookout.
