About: Our suppliers


Joe Simpson rears, slaughters and butchers his own beef in Cockfield, around 20 miles from here, all of our beef is from his herds. Our venison comes from Ian Alexander at Raby Estates in the shadow of the famous Raby Castle. Our English Rose veal comes from Archer's Dairy at Walworth near Darlington and they also supply our ice cream! If you know of any suppliers that should be on our menu, then let our staff know, we're always on the lookout.
