About: Our suppliers


Joe Simpson rears, slaughters and butchers all of our beef, in Cockfield nr Bishop Auckland. Our venison comes from Ian Alexander at Raby Estates in the shadow of the famous Raby Castle whilst our English Rose veal comes from John Archer and his wife at Archer's Dairy in Walworth near Darlington and they also supply our ice cream! Carol Peacock form morden near Segefield supplies our excellent Morden Blue cheese as well as our superb Sedgefield Camembert, our bread is baked by Steven at Mistletoe bakery in Newcastle and we get all of our game from the Brancepeth Estate. If you know of any suppliers that should be on our menu, then let our staff know, we're always on the lookout.
