Who supplies us?

Joe Simpson rears, slaughters and butchers all of our beef, in Cockfield nr Bishop Auckland and our venison comes from Ian Alexander at Raby Estates in the shadow of the famous Raby Castle. John Archer and his wife at Archer's Dairy in Walworth near Darlington supply our ice cream. Carol Peacock from Morden nr Sedgefield supplies our superb Morden Blue Cheese, our bread is baked by Steven at Mistletoe bakery in Newcastle and we get all of our game from the Brancepeth Estate. We're currently looking for a new supplier of rabbit, let us know if you know of anyone.
